List of Parish Councillors
Mr S Briggs - Chairman
Mrs M Graham-Roe
Mr P Lister
Mrs M Lord
Paul Ellis - Vice Chair

Council Officers
Mr S Cohen - Responsible Financial Officer
Mrs H Hundsdoerfer - Clerk

Meetings
Meetings take place at approximately 6-weekly intervals, unless pressing business requires an extra-ordinary meeting to be called.

Open Forum
It is usual for there to be an open forum at every scheduled Parish Council meeting. This will take place at 7.30p.m. when the meeting in progress will be adjourned. It is a time in which any village resident may voice any concerns to, or ask questions of, the Councillors. The matters of concern will either be discussed at the appropriate point on the agenda if they have been scheduled for inclusion (i.e. the Clerk having been notified of the matter at least 3 clear days prior to the meeting in order that it can be placed on the agenda) or, they will be placed on the agenda for discussion at the next scheduled meeting.

Any matter requiring discussion or action by the Parish Council that cannot, due to the timing of the receipt of the information, be dealt with at a scheduled meeting and requiring attention before the date of the next scheduled meeting, will be dealt with specifically at an Extraordinary Meeting of the Parish Council called by the Chairman. Unless otherwise stated, the business conducted at such a meeting would only be matters otherwise normally dealt with within a scheduled meeting.

Newsletter
The first issue of what is hoped will be a quarterly newsletter was placed onto the web site in June. Look out for the next issue that will bring you up to date with recent events.

Should anyone be aware of any repair / remedial works requiring attention within the village please notify the Clerk
