Grasmere Trip Day 2

Rydel Water & Loughrigg Fell 6th June 2015

After a “not so good nights sleep” in Grasmere Youth Hostel we set off to walk round Rydel Water and to climb Loughrigg an easy  walk before we head home at lunch time, a total distance of 10.5km (6.5 miles) The hardest bit of the walk was battling the high wind on the top of Loughrigg – it was difficult in places not to be blown off you feet
